Shipping Destinations and Cost

Divas Casual Boutique offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement. We currently ship within the United States only.

Carrier and Delivery Estimates

Orders are shipped with UPS. Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for order processing, followed by approximately 3–7 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays. Weather, peak periods, address issues, or other carrier delays may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

Delivery Addresses and Order Changes

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. For damage, include photos of the packaging and affected item so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.
