Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To qualify for an ordinary return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please retain the original packaging where possible and provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Email info@divascasualboutique.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Approved returns are sent to Divas Casual Boutique, 6202 McPherson Rd, Suite 12, Laredo, TX 78041, United States. Use a trackable shipping service and keep your shipping receipt.

Return Shipping and Fees

For an ordinary return, including a change of mind or a size preference, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fee. If we sent an incorrect item or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and cover return shipping where a return is required because of our error or a confirmed defect.

Inspection and Refunds

After we receive your return, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for inspection and review. We will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take approximately 5–10 business days after approval to post the refund. If the refund has not appeared after that time, contact your payment provider and then email us for assistance.

Exchanges

For a different size or style, contact us for help. The simplest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order for the replacement, subject to availability.

Order Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. We will try to help before dispatch, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins or shipment occurs. Once delivered, eligible items may be returned under the rules above.
